cool quiet morning, drove back to town, bought mandy a coffee, and me a santa fe scone. peg had tea. drove to arches natl. park and bent and strechted our necks checking arhes, bridges and monoliths. took a two mile hike in cool breeze and some shade out to landscape arch, think i'll build one in big water when i recover. took the best nap on a sleeping bag draped picnic table and listened to tourists from around the globe walk back to their rides. funny. back to town to shop and got peg a wild west skirt so she'll fit in like a native. ha. campfire nite, huge flames bout burned down the tall oak near the firepit, should have brought my loppers, i could improve any landscape with a little trimming. dinner, sleep and distant crows crying in the nite.
